Fay Place Comprehensive Kitchen Remodel

We met this client at a Home Show. They choose our company out of the many companies displayed, because they felt most comfortable with our company process and how we showed them previous comprehensive projects, on older local homes. They wanted to keep the character of this 1926 home to look like it did when it was built, only better. We took on the project of retrofitting the foundation, replacement of some sub floor and remodeling kitchen & bathroom. Help and feedback on design details was a big plus for our
client as well. The project got a custom made walnut shaker vanity For the tight space bathroom, with a 20” deep carrara marble top, to match the period. kitchen received white shaker cabinet, special painted tile stove backsplash mixed with subway, white quartz and vintage pendant lighting. To the delight of the client the project turned out great and on schedule. We were invited back 3 more separate times to do:

• Cobble Stone Exterior Hardscape
• Fencing & Canvas Awning
