Perkins Dr Master Bathroom

The introduction to this client was made thru a client referral. We bid on their rental property, but they realized they would prefer to use us on their personal home since, we had a photo of past jobs and a good reputation. We were happy they kept us in mind!

Once the project started, it was one of the more challenging ones. The bathroom was 2 large rooms,with a dividing wall. Since it was located on the second floor, we had to make sure drastic relocation of toilet and tub would be possible. To find out if it would work with the existing floor framing configurations. Once the contract was secured, we could go to work figuring out the possibilities, with what we call, “ exploratory work” . This involves light demo and seeing the bones of the house. Some of the key aspects of the job were:  Design elevation drawings for custom vanity cabinets and execution. A toilet that is hidden with pony wall. A contemporary freestanding tub. Extra large shower with frameless clear glass. To everyone’s pleasant surprise, all the wishes of the client were possible. The end result is a wide open space that feels worthy and correct for the house.
